Return, Replacement & Shipping Policy

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Your purchase is eligible for a return or replacement only if one of the following conditions applies:

  • You received a wrong product (does not match the description or differs from what you ordered).
  • The product is damaged or defective.

To qualify, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.


2. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us via:

Include the following in your request:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once we verify the issue, we will offer you the choice of a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund.


3. Return Pickup & Inspection

If you opt for a return, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
Please ensure the product is:

  • Unused.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by all inserts and invoices.

Upon receiving the returned item at our facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it’s in returnable condition.


4. Refund Timeline

Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.


5. Replacement Option

If you prefer, you can opt to receive a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements will be dispatched as soon as they are available.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind.
  • Wrong sizing or fit (unless the item is wrong/damaged).
  • If the request is made after 3 days from delivery.
  • Products that are used, altered, or not in their original condition.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping for orders of ₹1300 and above.
  • Flat Shipping Charge of ₹100 applies for orders below ₹1300.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen courier service.
